Questions, answered.

Something else? hello@grantleaf.com

Do I need any grant experience?

None. If you can describe your program to a friend, you can answer our questions. We handle the funder’s vocabulary and format.

Does Grantleaf write the application for me?

It drafts from your answers, in your words. You read every line, change what you like and press send yourself. The application stays yours.

What’s the difference between Grow and Thrive?

Grow is for getting grants: finding the ones you qualify for and applying in easy steps. Thrive adds what comes after you win: tracking every award and deadline, reports written for you, and room for your whole team.

We’re not a 501(c)(3). Can we still apply?

Often, yes, through a fiscal sponsor: an established nonprofit that receives the grant on your behalf. Grantleaf shows you how to find one.

How do you know which grants we qualify for?

Every grant has rules: where you work, your budget size, your cause, your tax status. We check each rule against your profile and only show the grants you pass.

Who sees our information?

You do. Nothing goes to a funder until you send it, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

Why not just hire a grant writer?

If you can afford one, a good grant writer is worth it. Grantleaf is for the years you can’t, and it leaves you knowing how to do it next time.
